Born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles, Kate started her real estate career by following in her mother’s footsteps as a successful residential and commercial broker. After graduating from her mom’s firm, Kate started an entry-level position where her drive for success led to the firm's owners appointing her to Broker of Record. Her career path then brought her to First Team, the leading brokerage firm in Southern California, where she has been an award-winning agent.

With over 20+ years of experience across Los Angeles and Orange Counties, Kate offers unparalleled expertise and knowledge for first time buyers, to sellers and even clients who started with her mom many years ago. Kate’s longevity in real estate has given her the ability to apply her "outside the box" strategies and robust knowledge to find a client's dream home in any market.
